Jasmine M. Jackson

Jasmine M. Jackson is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County. She has been working in the Register of Wills office since 2008. Each year has offered her experience in reading Last Wills and Testaments, legal documents, Maryland code, and assisting family members and friends of Anne Arundel County residents during difficult times. She has earned every promotion through various departments in the office and was the obvious choice amongst co-workers and colleagues when a new Register needed to be appointed in June of 2024. Vote to KEEP Jasmine as a leader and hands-on employee for the Anne Arundel County Register of Wills.

The June 2026 Primary Election presents another unforeseen development that may impact continuity of service for employees, attorneys, and grieving families. The importance of conducting thorough background research on candidates cannot be overstated, as it plays a critical role in ensuring government offices operate efficiently, deliver high-quality public services, and use taxpayer funds responsibly.

In June 2025, employees celebrated the “positivity, efficiency and collaboration” that Register Jackson has brought to the office in the past year. The current administration has demonstrated a renewed commitment to integrity, responsibility of public resources and fiscal responsibility. Jasmine M. Jackson’s dedication is evident through her actions; it speaks for itself.

In June 2024, Jasmine M. Jackson was appointed as the new Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County. With 16 years of experience, working her way up in the office during that time, she planned to turn the focus back on assisting public with knowledge, compassion and honor.
